TfL is carrying out this survey, as part of the Multi-Modal Optimisation of Road space in Europe (MORE) project. MORE is an EU-funded research project, coordinated by the University College London (UCL) and involves a number of partner organisations across Europe. For more information please visit ‘What is MORE?’ and ‘About’.
The personal data we collect includes name, email, postcode and organisation/business name (where relevant). We also ask that you provide details of your interest in the area (eg resident, student, etc) and the mode(s) of transport you use. An email address is requested to administer and validate responses. Postcodes are required to support effective response analysis, so that we can understand where respondents travel from, to, or within the A2 study area.
We will send you an email once you have submitted a response to confirm this has been received. Where you have agreed, we will also use your personal information to contact you to invite you to take part in related research in the future.
Individual survey responses and associated personal data will be kept until the project ends in November 2021.
Under privacy and data protection legislation, TfL is only allowed to use personal information if we have a proper reason or ‘legal basis’ to do so. In this case taking part in the survey is based on your consent.
This survey is designed and hosted in the UK by Buchanan Computing, on behalf of TfL and MORE.
TfL will share summary data with other MORE project participants, but this will not include names, contact details or postcode data. Aggregated data will be shared that cannot identify individual respondents.
All of the information you provide will be stored securely and only used for research purposes, or to contact you if you have consented to this. Access to data is limited to a restricted group of users – ie only those whose access to the data is necessary for their role.
To find out more about your information rights see our Privacy and cookies pages. Where you have consented to us contacting you, you can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting eumore@tfl.gov.uk or via the details we will include in any future email sent to you.
